Case studies · Gist Point

Industrial robotics case studies with verified data.

We publish a case only with a real project, consent and verified metrics. This page explains what we publish and how it is documented.

Published cases: 0. Cases in preparation are announced when the source and consent are confirmed.

What it includes

What you will find in a case

Sector and location

Industry, application and country, with the level of detail authorized by the client.

Challenge

Previous process, bottleneck, risks and project objective.

Solution

Robot, payload, reach, tooling, safety, PLC and peripherals.

Implementation

Stages, testing, commissioning and training.

Results

Cycle, output, quality, rework, safety or redeployed people.

Proof

Photos or video of the project, only with authorization.

Lessons learned

What worked, what was adjusted and what the team would do differently.

Next step

Method

How we document a case

  1. 01

    1. Real project

We do not publish invented scenarios or brochure metrics.

  2. 02

    2. Consent

The client authorizes what is shown and what is anonymized.

  3. 03

    3. Measurement

We agree on the indicator measured before and after.

  4. 04

    4. Review

Engineering and communications review the text before publishing.

Transparency

What we do not publish

  • Clients, results or certifications without authorization.
  • Estimated metrics presented as measured.
  • Stock photos or photos from another project presented as the case.
  • An anonymized case without saying it is anonymized.

In the meantime

You can assess your process with real data

If there is no case in your sector yet, assessment and a part trial are the way to validate feasibility, tooling and cycle. You do not need to wait for a published case.

FAQ

Case study FAQ

When will you publish cases?

When there is a project with consent and verified metrics. We do not set a date we cannot keep.

Can you show an anonymized case?

Yes, if the client authorizes it. In that case we clearly state it is a representative case and omit identifying data.

Do you publish lab test results?

Yes, as a “part trial”, not as an installed case. The difference is explained in the text.

Can I ask for a reference in my sector?

Availability can be checked. We do not share client contacts or data without authorization.

Does a case guarantee the same result in my plant?

No. Every part, process and environment is different; a case shows a path, not a guarantee.

How do I start if there is no case in my sector?

With a process assessment and, if applicable, a part trial. It is the most honest way to validate the application.
