What sets it apart

Why choose this robot

Service robots move on their own through spaces shared with people: they map the place, avoid obstacles and return to charge. In industry they clean plant and warehouse floors, deliver supplies and tour facilities with cameras and sensors; quadrupeds reach places with stairs or rough ground where wheels cannot go.

Autonomous

Map the site, avoid obstacles and return to charge on their own.

Daily rounds

Repeat the same route every day and log what they did.

Four legs

Quadrupeds climb stairs and walk where wheels cannot go.

With sensors

Cameras, thermal sensors or detectors depending on what to survey.

What it is used for

Typical applications

  • Floor cleaning in plants, warehouses and offices
  • Delivery of supplies and orders
  • Inspection rounds with cameras and sensors
  • Surveying hazardous areas

Clear expectations

What it can and cannot do

It can

  • Clean large floors on schedule, even at night.
  • Carry supplies and orders between areas.
  • Tour a facility and record readings and photos.

It cannot

  • Fix what it finds: it alerts, and a person decides.
  • Work in very cluttered places without preparing the route.
  • Move heavy loads: that is what AGVs and AMRs are for.
